How inquiry information is handled

Website inquiry details are delivered to sales@xingzhanpackaging.com through the configured inquiry service. Do not include confidential formulation or personal information that is not needed for a packaging review.

3D Packaging Designer artwork

PNG and JPG artwork selected in the 3D Packaging Designer is processed locally in your browser to create a visual preview. The tool does not upload, store or attach those files automatically. If you choose to email artwork after submitting a configuration, the file will be handled as part of the related business inquiry.

Retention and requests

Business inquiry records may be retained as needed for quotation, sampling, order follow-up and legal or accounting requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, email sales@xingzhanpackaging.com.
